Our policy

1. Project Exclusivity: REC137 is exclusively engaged for the agreed-upon positions, and delegation to other parties may result in losing your downpayment and project cancellation.

2. Recruitment Timeline: Expect the first batch of shortlisted candidates in 10 working days, and we'll fill the position within 45 days from project initiation.

3. Interview and Offer Stage: Keep the process efficient with no more than 4 working days between interview stages. Share feedback within 2 working days, and finalize the offer within 5 working days post the final interview.

4. Job Requirements Amendment: Adjust job requirements once during the project with mutual agreement.

5. Project Activation and Extension: To initiate the project, make a 50% advance payment directly to our bank account. In case the project timeline exceeds the 45-day limit due to client-related reasons, REC137 reserves the right to charge an additional deposit of the same amount as the original deposit to extend the project by up to 21 extra days.
